Tiny Tumblers (Ages 2 & 3)

40-minute class that teaches beginning gymnastics skills, tumbling skills, motor skills, coordination, works on colors, number, letters, listening skills, teamwork and introduces apparatus/equipment. A parent/guardian must assist the child with the class.
Preschool Gymnastics (Ages 3-5)

40-minute class that teaches beginning gymnastics skills, tumbling skills, motor skills, coordination, core strength, works on colors, number, letters, listening skills, teamwork and introduces apparatus/equipment. Children will be expected to work independently in this class without a parent or guardian.
Beginner Gymnastics (Ages 5 & Up)

1 hour class that teaches beginning tumbling skills such as rolls, cartwheels, handstands as well as beginning gymnastics skills on bars, beam, and vault. This class is for school aged children and experienced 5 year olds.
Intermediate Tumbling (Ages 5 & Up)

1 hour class that teaches intermediate tumbling skills such as round offs, handstands, walk-overs, back handsprings, as well as reviewing the beginning gymnastics skills on bars, beam, and vault. Athletes must have mastered a cartwheel, rolls, and going down into the backbend to enroll in this class. Prerequisite: Beginner Gymnastics
Back Handsprings (BHS) Advanced Tumbling

1 hour class that teaches advanced tumbling skills such as front handsprings, aerials, back handsprings, and more. Athletes must have a back bend kick over, round off, and back handspring to enroll in this class. Prerequisite : Intermediate Tumbling
Flip N'Twist Tumbling (Elite Tumbling)
$61.00 per month
1 hour class that teaches elite tumbling skills such as back tucks, front tucks, series tumbling, and more. Athletes must have mastered standing three back handsprings, round off three back handsprings, front handsprings, and aerial to enroll in this class. Prerequisite : BHS
Boy's Tumbling

1 hour boys tumbling class for ages 4-12 that teaches basic tumbling skills such as rolls, cartwheels, handstands, back handsprings, and more. The class also works on strength training, balance, increasing flexibility, and more. Boys ages 4 & 5 may enroll in this class or preschool gymnastics. This class requires boys to have good listening skills and to be able to follow directions and work independently.
Cheer Tumble

1 hour class for middle school and high school aged students that teaches fundamentals of cheerleading focusing primarily on the key tumbling skills including round offs, back handsprings, back tucks, and series tumbling. This class also teaches skills including jumps, motions, and basic stunting technique. No experience required. The class will be individualized to meet every participants ability and goals.

Hot Shots / Gymnastics Preteam (USAG Levels 1&2)

3 hour class that teaches USAG Junior Olympic Levels 1&2 Artistic Gymnastics Skills. Includes tumbling as well as bars, beam, vault, and floor. This class is the recommended "preteen" program for those interested in competitive girl's gymnastics. Basic structure of class is 5:30-6:30 Flexibility Training and Conditioning with the team, 6:30 - 7:30 Training on the Apparatus, and 7:30-8:30 Tumbling Hour

Gymnastics Team (USAG Levels 3 & Up)

Girls Competitive Artistic Gymnastics Team. The Team will train using the USA Gymnastics Junior Olympic Training Program and will compete at recreational gymnastic meets in the Greater Dayton League throughout the season. Refer to team information sheet for more information. Prerequisite: Hot Shots
Acro Performance Team / Preteam Program

Performance Acrobatic Gymnastics & Tumbling Team. This team works on intermediate and advanced tumbling skills and well as USAG Levels 3-6 acro skills. The team will perform at a variety of events throughout the year. This is the recommended "preteam" program for those interested in competitive acrobatic gymnastics.
Acrobatic Gymnastics Team "Acro Team"
(USAG Levels 6 - Elite)

The team will compete at USAG Acrobatic Gymnastics meets throughout the season. Refer to team sheet for more information. Prerequisite: Performance Team
