ACROBATIC GYMNASTICS
Acrobatic Gymnastics (often referred to as "Acro") combines strength, flexibility, balance, and tumbling together into one discipline. This coed program allows athletes to work in partnerships and groups learning challenging routines set to music including Cirque du Soleil elements.
It is a program that is perfect for athletes with an interest in dance, stunting, and tumbling! It is a unique and exciting option for your child!

REGIONAL TEAM
(LEVELS 5 & 6)
3.5 HOURS A WEEK & LOCAL COMPETITIONS
$115 PER MONTH + TEAM FEES
This is a USAG Acrobatic Gymnastics competitive team. It includes levels 5 & 6 partnerships/groups who attend local competitions. It is a lower time commitment option than our national team.

(LEVELS 7 - SR. ELITE)
NATIONAL TEAM
8.5 HOURS A WEEK & LOCAL/NATONAL COMPETITIONS
$165 PER MONTH + TEAM FEES
This is a USAG Acrobatic Gymnastics competitive team. It includes levels 7 - Sr. Elite Partnerships/Groups who attend local & national competitions. It is a larger time commitment than our Regional Team but allows athletes to attend out-of-state competitions and work on harder skills.
