ARTISTIC GYMNASTICS
Our Artistic Gymnastics Program will allow athletes to work on all 4 Olympic events (Vault, Bars, Beam, & Floor). Athletes will work on improving skills like speed, agility, power and build strong character traits like strength, courage, and confidence.
This is a great option for athletes who enjoy/prefer working & competing individually.

HOT SHOTS
(REC ARTISTIC)
3 - HOUR CLASS (AN HOUR OF TUMBLING)
$95 PER MONTH
This is a Recreational option for our Artistic Program. It is a recommended "pre-team" program and a chance for athletes to experience Artistic Gymnastics without the commitment of joining a team. athletes will work on all 4 Olympic events (Vault, Bars, Beam, & Floor).
Things they will work on:
Strength and Conditioning, Training of each apparatus, Tumbling, and More
(LEVELS 1 & 2)
BRONZE
6 HOURS A WEEK & LOCAL/NATONAL COMPETITIONS
$135 PER MONTH + TEAM FEES
This Team is a part of the AAU Xcel Program. It works alongside the traditional developmental program, formerly Junior Olympic. Athletes will compete on all 4 Olympic events (Vault, Bars, Beam, & Floor). It is roughly comparable to Level 1 & 2 gymnastics.

SILVER
6 HOURS A WEEK & LOCAL/NATONAL COMPETITIONS
$135 PER MONTH + TEAM FEES
This Team is a part of the AAU Xcel Program. It works alongside the traditional developmental program, formerly Junior Olympic. Athletes will compete on all 4 Olympic events (Vault, Bars, Beam, & Floor). It is roughly comparable to Level 3 gymnastics.

GOLD
9 HOURS A WEEK & LOCAL/NATONAL COMPETITIONS
$165 PER MONTH + TEAM FEES
