Year-Round Scheduling

At Aerial's, we are on a year-round schedule! Class and team fees are based on a 48-week calendar year.  Some months may include 5 weeks of classes while others 3; however the monthly fee is a set fee based on 4 weeks per month.  Participants will not be charged more for the months with 5  weeks of classes nor may they pay less for those with only 3.

 

Class fees are based on approximately 48 classes per year. These “off-days” are factored into the 48 classes per year and can be “made up” during the summer with unlimited classes if desired.

-CLOSED July 4th - Holiday

-CLOSED July 18th-31st - Annual Summer Closure 

-CLOSED Sept. 4th - Labor Day Holiday 

-CLOSED Nov. 22nd, 23rd, & 25th -Thanksgiving Break

-CLOSED Dec 23rd - Jan 2nd - Christmas Break

2.) Inclement Weather/Calamity(COVID) Days 

• Visit our FB page for closings. It will also be announced on Channel 5 TV & their website www.wlwt.com. You can download the WLWT app to receive alerts. An email will also go out when possible but unfortunately, our system isn't 100% accurate on transmitting messages, so be sure to check our FB page or WLWT.

To Drop from Class: A drop form MUST be completed at DESK 10 days prior to the 1st of the next month.

Make-Up Policy

Make-up classes must be scheduled in advance and may not be scheduled in a currently full class. No refunds for classes missed including scheduled holidays. Teams do not offer makeup classes.  

​

Private Lessons must be made up within 4 weeks of the missed private lesson and can be made up by attending any 1-hour, appropriate level class. Must be scheduled in advance and may not be scheduled in a class that is currently full.
