Private lessons are a great opportunity for athletes interested in one-on-one coaching! These lessons run similar to classes but will allow the coach to focus on the athlete's specific goals and the best way to achieve them.

These are based on instructor availability. If you are interested in receiving a private lesson please reach out to our staff!
