
Ashley Willian
Owner
Ashley has over 20 years of direct experience at Aerial’s Athletics. She is the wife to Matt Willian who is the Principal at Sabina Elementary. She is a proud mother to their 3 children, Eli, Ella, and Esme. She competed on the Aerial’s Acrobatic Gymnastics team for 10 years and also competed in the first Aerial's All-Star Cheerleading team. Ashley was among the first Aerial’s Acro Team to compete at the National level, where her group placed 6th in the Nation. Ashley has taught gymnastics for 17 years with Aerial’s and has taught all levels of recreational gymnastics, as well as levels 4-6 of Artistic Gymnastics and Acro Gymnastics. She also is an Acro Coach.
Ashley received her Bachelors of Arts in Health Promotion from Morehead State University where she was also the President of a student organization on campus. She has multiple years of
work experience in direct sales and marketing as well as work experience as a Health Coach and Certified Zumba Instructor. Ashley also has a great deal of experience in childhood development as she is the Children’s Ministry Director at Leesburg Church of Christ.

Taylor Coombs
Acro Upper Level Head Coach, and Instructor
Taylor has over 15 years experience in gymnastics and cheerleading. She was a member of the Aerial's Acro Gymnastics Team from 2004-2009 and a member of 2007-2008 Aerial’s EXTREME National Champion Cheerleading Team. Taylor is a graduate of Morehead State University and currently an RN at Highland District Hospital. She is a USAG Acrobatic Gymnastics Official and she is USAG safety certified. She is married to Nelson Coombs and lives in Lynchburg.

Sandy Lovelace
Gymnastics Head Coach, and Professional Instructor
Sandy was previously the Assistant Gymnastics Coach at the Clinton County YMCA. Sandy is a former competitive acro gymnast and national champion in Acro and Tumbling. She cheered 4 years at Wilmington HS. Sandy has worked as an accountant for 7 years at Main Medical, Inc. She is USAG safety certified. She has four children (William - Wilmington HS Football & Basketball player; and three grown children Mercedes, Alyssa & Addam) and lives in Wilmington.

Joni Streber
Instructor
Joni is an award-winning Gymnastics, Sports Acrobatics, Tumbling, Cheerleading, and Dance Team Coach, with more than 30 years experience. She is the former owner of Wilmington Gymnastics and Acro Express. She has coached 15 World Champions, over 50 National Champions and countless regional and state champions. She implemented a Sports Acrobatics & power tumbling program at an Olympic Training Facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. She has served on several technical committees at a national and international level; judged all disciplines of gymnastics, trampoline and diving at a national and international level. Other accomplishments include: USA National Team Coach, winner of the National Team Award, winner of national coaching awards in both tumbling and sports acrobatics. Joni works full time for Wilmington College where she is credited for building the Wilmington College Cheer program to a competitive level, implementing cheer stunting & tumbling. She also teaches as an adjunct instructor for Teaching Educational Gymnastics and Teaching Dance, Rhythm and Movement. Her education includes a BS in Organizational Management from Wilberforce University; Maynard Research Center - graduate in Industrial Engineering; AA in Education from Southern State Community College; Georgia Institute of Technology - Certificate Distribution and Warehousing; and European Cultural Exchange, graduate. Joni is married to Steve Streber, has a daughter named Jodi, two sons (Schuyler and Sage) and lives in Wilmington.

Kiley Allen
Instructor
Kiley is a Kent State University graduate with a bachelor's degree in Marketing. She has been involved in gymnastics for 15 years at Aerial's Athletics. She competed on the Aerial's Acro Team from 2007 to 2018 and is a two-time Junior Olympic National Champion. Her women's group was selected to join the USA National Age Group Development Team (AGDT) in 2016. Kiley cheered 4 years at Blanchester Highschool and is CPR/AED/First-Aid and Concussion Certified.

Mary Ann Carson
Acro Assistant Coach, Instructor
Mary Ann Carson has been involved in Aerials Athletics for 6 years. Mary Ann herself competed for 8 years in acrobatics. She and her two partners competed at the highest level possible and finished silver at the National Competition. Mary Ann's knowledge and compassion for the sport of gymnastics is admirable. Mary Ann is a substitute teacher at Miami Trace Local Schools and is actively involved in her church congregation. Mary Ann and her husband Michael along with their 4 children own and operate their family farm in Washington CH. Mary Ann enjoys working with children and hopes that she will be able to leave a lasting impression on all of her students.

Meri Grace Carson
Instructor
Meri Grace Carson is a Junior at Miami Trace High School. She has been involved at Aerial's Athletics for 6 years. Meri Grace and her two partners received the Bronze medal this past June at the 2017 Acrobatic National Championships. Meri Grace is actively involved in her community and church, and she is the Reporter for the Miami Trace FFA chapter. Meri Grace hopes that she will leave a lasting impact on each of the lives she touches. She hopes that her students will walk away with a sense of purpose, and that her students will always remember to have positive attitudes and to work hard.

Angie Layne
Acro Lower Level Head Coach and Acro Team Manager, Instructor, and Previous Owner
Angie has been involved with gymnastics and cheerleading for over 30 years, including owning and operating the Aerial's Athletics business from June 2004-July 2017. She has a Masters Degree in Sports Management and a Bachelors Degree in Education, both from Morehead State University. She cheered for six years at Fairfield Local Schools and two years at Morehead State. She is a USAG National ranked judge, serves as the Region 5 Judging Coordinator and Acro Program Development Task Force Rep. Angie was the 2007 Region 5 Coach of the year and is USAG safety certified. Angie coached the 2008 National Championship Cheer Team. Also, in 2008 she coached 3 Junior Olympic National Champions and in 2011 4 JO National Champions! Angie is married to J.D. Layne, has four children (Payton, Jillian, Cali, and Cason) and lives near Waynesville.

Theresa Bryant
Professional Instructor
Theresa Bryant has lived in Clinton County Ohio since 2011. She is originally from Pennsylvania where she grew up staying active in a variety of sports including softball, soccer, basketball, and track. Theresa graduated from Saint Francis University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology/Criminal Justice. She spent three years working full-time as a juvenile probation officer for Warren County. Theresa is married to Jake Bryant and enjoys being a stay-at-home mom with her three children. Theresa enjoys working with young children and is excited to be a member and supporter of the Aerial's Athletics family.
